Are you NAAC / AICTE certified?
No. CampusPlugin is not a regulator. We provide tools and exports aligned with NAAC SSR, AICTE EOA, NIRF and NBA reporting shapes. Acceptance and filing remain the institution's responsibility.
How long does the 30-day pilot take to set up?
The tenant + SSO + sandbox roster are provisioned within 48 hours. Your first cohort can be onboarded by day 7. The pilot kit is pre-configured to your AISHE id, NAAC grade and existing tooling.
What if we already have a placement system?
You keep it. The pilot runs alongside, in a sandbox tenant on your real cohort. If after 30 days you want to migrate, we provide a one-way data export of every artefact created during the pilot.
Who owns the data?
The institution. Every consent receipt, evidence packet, BG/4 close and CSR-2 packet is stamped with the institution id and recorded. We never share student data with employers without a DPDPA-aligned consent receipt.
What happens to data after the pilot?
You choose: continue and we retain per regulator framework (NAAC 5y / AICTE 7y / DPDPA 3y), or end and we provide a signed export within 7 days and purge per DPDPA §11 thereafter.
Can we run this across multiple campuses or autonomous departments?
Yes. The institution scope graph models campus → department → batch as first-class entities. A TPO at the main campus and a TPO at a satellite campus can each be approved with their own scope and signed grant, and a Dean can be scoped to one department or institution-wide.
How does SSO and identity work?
We support institutional SSO (SAML / OIDC) into your existing IdP. The platform also supports a domain-verified registration path with TXT challenge so faculty and TPO accounts only originate from your verified institution domain.
What does this cost beyond the pilot?
Pricing is scope-dependent (number of campuses, batch size, modules) and quoted after the pilot kickoff call. The 30-day pilot itself has no cost to the institution.
How do APAAR and DigiLocker fit in?
APAAR / ABC linking is an optional student-side flow that lifts the student trust tier; DigiLocker fetches of 10th, 12th and degree marksheets lift them further. The institution sees the resulting trust tier; the credentials themselves stay with the student.
Will this integrate with our existing ERP or LMS?
Outbound exports follow standard CSV / JSON shapes consumed by ERPs and LMSes (NAAC SSR, AICTE EOA, NIRF / NBA structures). Inbound roster sync runs through a signed file drop or a per-tenant webhook on a schedule you set.
