Accreditation-ready evidence
What it means · Structured data + exports aligned with the criteria NAAC / AICTE / NBA / NIRF teams routinely review.
What it does not mean · Pre-approval, certification or endorsement by NAAC, AICTE, NBA, NIRF or any other body.
Governance-ready reports
What it means · HMAC-signed audit trails + retention-tagged evidence packets that an internal or external auditor can walk end to end.
What it does not mean · A guarantee that any specific regulator will accept the output as-is.
Supports institutional reporting
What it means · Exports in shapes that institutions typically use for NAAC SSR, AICTE EOA, NIRF data capture, NBA SAR and similar submissions.
What it does not mean · A one-click filing flow that submits to any regulator on the institution's behalf.
Aligned with APAAR / ABC readiness
What it means · Data model + flows that surface the fields APAAR / ABC need; institutions complete the actual APAAR / ABC enrolment with the MoE / NCVET pipes.
What it does not mean · Official integration with APAAR / ABC or any guarantee of acceptance by those registries.
DPDPA-aligned consent workflows
What it means · Consent capture, receipts and withdrawal flows that follow DPDPA §5–§9 guidance, with HMAC-sealed receipts retained per regulator framework.
What it does not mean · A certification of DPDPA compliance, which is contextual and depends on the institution's own processing decisions.
CAG-ready bundle
What it means · Consolidated, HMAC-sealed export covering gazettes, scheme approvals, foundations, Schedule VII classification, evidence packets, BG/4 closes and CSR-2 packets in a format CAG audits commonly request.
What it does not mean · A guarantee of CAG acceptance. The institution / corporate remains responsible for filing and answering CAG questions.
Why we phrase things this way
Over-claiming regulatory approval creates exposure under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 §17 (false statements), the Consumer Protection Act 2019 §2(47) (unfair trade practices) and the Advertising Standards Council of India code on misleading claims. We use words like "aligned with" and "supports" instead of "compliant" or "certified" so that institutions, employers, CSR teams and government partners can read our copy as a description of what we do rather than a promise about what regulators will accept.
If you find any copy on CampusPlugin that strays from this policy please write to info@campusplugin.com and we will correct it.
