Evidence your scheme owner sees

Evidence record

Verifiable

Every stage from invite to joining carries a tamper-evident HMAC seal that a verifier can walk end-to-end.

Cryptographic audit chain

Chain

8-stage chain binds each seal to the previous stage so a single tampered byte fails the verifier.

Government questions

  • How does this fit alongside our MIS?

CampusPlugin is the evidence and outcome layer; your MIS remains the system of record for budget approvals. We pull scheme outcomes back into the MIS with sealed CAG-ready bundles.

  • Do we need to retrain our nodal officers?

No. The nodal officer signs scheme approvals with their existing identity (govt domain verified, govt-ID + AICTE PIID + NAAC IIQA login on file). Step-up MFA is enforced for sign actions.

  • Are our outcomes acceptable to CAG?

CampusPlugin produces a CAG-ready bundle aligned with the formats CAG audits commonly request. CAG acceptance and any clarifications remain the scheme owner's responsibility.

  • Can we cover PMKVY + NAPS + DDU-GKY in one place?

Yes. Each scheme is a first-class registry entry with gazette anchor, named nodal authority, signed approval and budget-ceiling guard. Per-scheme dashboards plus a district × scheme matrix consolidate across.

  • How do you handle RTI requests?

CampusPlugin supports six built-in RTI response templates (scheme summary, beneficiary list, disbursement trail, placement outcomes, CSR fund flow, reservation compliance) with HMAC-sealed release by your PIO.

  • Can a state skill mission run this independently of a central scheme?

Yes. State-skill-mission domains are first-class entities with DNS-verified ownership, named nodal officer and per-scheme approval. You can run a state-level scheme alongside a PMKVY chapter without commingling budgets or outcomes.

  • What does this cost a state skill mission?

Pricing is scope-dependent (number of partner institutions, beneficiary volume, fiscal year coverage). Initial demo + a single-scheme walk-through have no cost so your team can see the dashboard and CAG-ready bundle before any commercial discussion.

  • How are PMKVY placement KPI thresholds enforced?

Each scheme record carries the KPI targets (target placement %, target retention, target CTC). The scheme dashboard surfaces traffic lights against these targets and the placement-outcomes RTI template reports actual versus target shortfall.

  • Do you support aspirational-district reporting?

Yes. Every disbursement, beneficiary, placement and BG/4 close carries a district code; the district × scheme matrix view aggregates outcomes by district so MSDE / NITI Aayog aspirational-district reports can be drawn straight from the live data.

  • How do we get listed for procurement / empanelment?

We participate in standard government procurement processes (GeM, e-procurement portals, RFPs). Empanelment timelines are state-dependent; the CP-XPERT concierge can walk you through what we already have in place for a specific state or ministry.

CampusPlugin is not a regulator. We provide tools and frameworks aligned with known regulator schemas. Compliance, filing and regulator acceptance remain the responsibility of the institution, corporate or scheme owner.
