Join through your invite link

Your placement office invites you by email, or shares a personal link with you. Open that link to set your password — your account is created inside your college.

  • The link is personal to your email — don’t share it.
  • Links expire after 14 days. Ask your placement office for a new link if yours expired or is lost.
  • Invite codes from earlier are no longer used — ask your placement office for an invite link.

Student questions

  • How do I join CampusPlugin?

Your placement office invites you: you get an email with a personal invite link. Open it, set a password and read how your data is used. Invite codes are no longer used. Lost the email? Ask your placement office to send it again.

  • Is my data shared with employers automatically?

Never. An employer sees your details only after you apply to their job and have accepted the consent notice. You can withdraw consent at any time from Profile → Privacy; employers you applied to then see only that the application exists, marked 'Candidate details unavailable'.

  • Do I need APAAR / DigiLocker?

Both are optional but recommended. APAAR / ABC links boost your trust tier to identity-verified; DigiLocker imports of 10th / 12th / degree marksheets lift you to document-verified. Both feed your readiness composite.

  • What if I do not get placed?

CampusPlugin supports placement tracking; it does not guarantee placement. Your readiness composite is yours · you can export it any time, share it with off-platform employers, or take it to alumni outreach later.

  • Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email privacy@campusplugin.com or ask your placement office. Your personal data is deleted as our privacy policy describes; your placement office keeps the information it already holds about you.

  • Is there any cost to me as a student?

No. CampusPlugin is paid for by your college, employers and CSR donors. There is no student-side subscription, freemium upsell or paywalled feature.

  • Can I keep using the platform after I graduate?

Yes. Your account converts to an alumni profile that supports retention touchpoints (3 / 6 / 12 / 24 / 36 months) and endorsement renewals. You decide what to share each time.

  • What if my placement office sends me more than one invite email?

Use the newest one. Sending a new invite link stops the earlier links from working.

  • How do skill endorsements work?

You can request peer, faculty or employer endorsements per NOS / skill code from inside the platform. Each endorsement expires after 12 months and lifts your readiness composite per the role threshold you target.

  • Is there a mobile app?

A mobile web experience runs at the same URLs (the platform is responsive). A native iOS / Android shell that wraps push notifications and offline sync is on the roadmap and is not yet available.
